UNIT 1
Clay Villa

Unit 1 is an accommodation with four beds. It consists of two units (Unit A and Unit B) which can be separated if needed. This unit is designed in a way that visitors can relate to each other but also be used by separate visitors.

Each unit has its own unique features. The unit on the ground floor has a pool as its main feature, while the unit on the first floor has a spectacular view of the river delta and sea. Both units have privacy but can be connected if the visitors know each other.

UNIT A

Unit A is on the ground floor and has a large covered patio with a pool on the side. The main idea was to have large sliding doors which bring the outdoors into the interior.
The pool is organically shaped with lots of greenery around it and natural materials such as sand. The whole yard is surrounded by large branches vertically positioned providing a savanna feeling.

UNIT B

Unit B is on the first floor and it has external stairs. The space around the stairs acts as a buffer for the accommodation, providing shade so that the temperature inside the unit is lower. It also allows for large glass sliding doors that can open the entire unit to the outside without compromising privacy. The stairs are positioned on the left side of the unit because that is the main path through the property.

The unit has a large terrace with a large overhang providing shade on the south side. Each unit is positioned so as not to block the view of a river delta and the sea. The terrace also has a hot tub.

Unit B has a toilet and an open-air bathroom and it is completely private. It has an inside toilet and an outside shower including a hot tub.

UNIT 2
Honeymoon Suite

Unit 2 is a one-bed accommodation designed as a honeymoon suite exclusively for couples. It is situated at the top-right of the property. The unit features a unique round layout, with a toilet located in the middle, a kitchenette on the left, and a closet on the right. The deck is linked to a circular pool, while an outdoor shower is located on the left side. The unit's distinctive cone shape adds to the overall aesthetic of the property, increasing its value.

UNIT 3
Family Suite

Unit 3 is an accommodation with four beds. There are four family villas in total. Each villa has three bedrooms with six beds in total and a living room that can be easily converted into an additional bedroom if needed, thanks to a sofa. As a result, each unit can accommodate up to six guests, with room for two more on the sofa bed.

The bedrooms on the first floor of the villas also offer an additional side terrace, allowing guests to isolate themselves from the main outdoor gathering area, which is centered around the pool.

Each unit is autonomous and can be used separately from the others, so it is not necessary to use it exclusively as a family suite.

The restaurant and a pool

The restaurant is the heart of the resort and the main gathering place. The main pool is integrated with the restaurant. At the intersection of the main path and the path that leads to the restaurant, there is a small watering place that can be attractive to local birds. Next to the watering place is a wooden structure that is 6 meters high, which serves as a viewpoint. Guests can climb the stairs to the top and observe the surroundings.

To reach the restaurant, guests must cross a small bridge above the pool. The pool is surrounded by sand "beaches" with pool chairs and covered lounges with light triangle structures covered in tent fabric. The pool features an "island" with greenery in the center. One of the main attractions of the pool is its stunning view. Guests can relax in the pool while enjoying views of the river delta, ocean, and wildlife area where animals often gather. The pool can be designed as an infinity pool for an even more breathtaking view.

The restaurant is designed as a structure with two large roof planes. One roof plane covers the restaurant kitchen, toilets, and storage, while the other covers an outdoor sitting area. The large roof is supported by columns in line and smaller columns in the middle, which have the same structural value as a staircase core in a building structure. There is no roofing inside a column circle so we can have a place for a large tree and other greenery. At the outdoor edge of the triangular structure is a large individual footing, which is surrounded by a greenery "island" and a pool.

The restaurant's large roof plane, which is expected to provide roofing and shading, has an additional purpose. It can collect rainfall over the year into underground rainwater storage that can supply watering places in the dry season.

Reception

The reception area is an open space that can be closed off with large sliding doors. Also, there are two offices, a registration desk, and a restroom.

Next to the reception building, there is an outbuilding.
