Office Building and Warehouse in Luige, Estonia

This design we developed for our long-term client Eesti Toukari in Luige Estonia. The building is designed for four companies. The office building has two floors. The entrance is in the center of the building and the offices are on the left and right of the entrance.

The entrance has exterior stairs and an overhang, the most important element in the design. The overhang has steel cables that stabilize the overhang construction.

In the interior, there is a lobby with central stairs going left and right.

Each office can have a direct entrance to the warehouse. Offices have large windows so there can be more natural light. Black glass panels are between the office windows on the ground and the first floor. The facade between windows is covered with black or dark grey aluminum cladding.

Each warehouse has windows on both sides, above the warehouse entrance and above the office building. It was important to cover both sides with windows because of the natural light and natural ventilation. Also, the warehouse has roof windows for additional natural light.
