Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, our design for a cold storage facility with integrated office space focuses on both functionality and visual appeal. Spanning 3,000 square meters, the building is tailored to meet the client's desire for a visually striking frontal façade. Efficiency is paramount with eight loading docks facilitating seamless logistics operations. On the ground floor, four cold rooms equipped with cutting-edge refrigeration systems ensure optimal storage conditions for perishable goods. The inner and exterior walls of the facility are constructed from cold room panel walls. These panels offer exceptional insulation properties, maintaining the desired temperature within the cold storage areas while minimizing energy consumption. Moreover, their modular design allows for quick and efficient installation, reducing construction time and costs.

The second floor accommodates spacious office spaces for 20 employees. Attractive sunshades protect office windows while allowing ample natural light to filter through. A cable-suspended loading dock canopy with glass roofing provides shelter and protection during loading/unloading activities, seamlessly integrating with the building's overall aesthetic.
